The Tehama County Solid Waste Management Agency will behavior a free Passenger Tire Drop Off Event from eight a.M.-four:30 p.M., Monday, April eight to Friday, April 12, at the Tehama County/Red Bluff Landfill, 19995 Plymire Road., Red Bluff.
While the Agency usually holds a one-day collection at more than one location, Tehama County citizens must make an appointment to drop off their tires for this event. To make an appointment, call 528-1103; meetings must be made before dropping off tires. This event replaces the one-day series event that was formerly scheduled for Saturday, April 13. Please no longer convey tires to any vicinity apart from the Tehama County/Red Bluff Landfill.
Tires accrued could be recycled into waste tire-derived products. This loose occasion will accept passenger tires from Tehama County citizens best. There are regulations for the occasion:
Can haul up to nine tires without exemption and 20 tires with the exemption. A MAXIMUM of 20 tires could be commonplace. Tires should be off-the-rim. No solid truck tires, gadget tires, or off-road tires. No tires were more significant than 17 inches. No oil, paint, batteries, home equipment, or different gadgets. No tires from waste tire-generating organizations. Televisions, laptop video display units and devices, microwaves, DVD/VCR players, cellular phones, and different small digital waste (e-waste) are also accepted free of the rate at the Tehama County/Red Bluff Landfill. There is no restriction on e-waste, which is normal.
